Since 2009, JSC "Deutsche Bank DBU" (Deutsche Bank Ukraine) operates as corporate bank in Ukraine, subsidiary of Deutsche Bank AG, and offers a full range of corporate banking products and services to its clients, i.e. subsidiaries of multinational companies and top tier local corporates.

We are looking for a Technology Service Analyst

Your key responsibilities

  • Ownership of local applications including end-to-end responsibility for application setup from regulatory and DB policies requirements.

  • Perform L1/L2 support for IT end-user locally (in-person) or by engaging Global teams.

  • Monitor and manage incidents through an IT service management platform.

  • Collaborate with IT teams to implement system updates, patches, and upgrades.

  • Management/supporting of local IT infrastructure/application related projects including regulatory driven.

  • Physical visits to Data Centers and offices to troubleshoot equipment as needed.

  • Ensure compliance with bank policies, regulatory requirements, and security protocols.

  • Create and update documentation on the use of IT systems.

Your skills and experience

  • Providing technical support to users (remotely and in the office, Windows 10/11).

  • Windows Server 2016/2019, basic administration skills.

  • Installation, configuration, testing and maintenance of local application software.

  • Working with SQL queries (basic knowledge).

  • Oracle (basic knowledge).

  • Administration and support of the core banking system (B2).

  • Unix skills would be a plus.

  • Office 365 (advanced user).

  • Understanding of Networks and rules.

  • Ability to clearly articulate technical/IT related topics.

  • Be flexible – as the role offers flexible hours, occasional overtime or weekend work might be required to support critical IT operations. Rest assured, you will be compensated accordingly.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Native-level proficiency in Ukrainian and professional-level proficiency in English.
