Paid Internship Opportunity – Video Content Creator (10–15 hrs/week)
Location: Remote or On-site | Flexible Hours/ Must live near our corporate office in the Aurora/Naperville IL area.

Military Deli & Bakery Services (MDBS) is the largest provider of Deli/Bakery departments to U.S. military commissaries. With 103 locations across the country, we proudly serve active-duty military members and their families every day. What You’ll Do:

• Assist in the development of internal training videos for our nationwide team
• Write scripts and create video content outlines
• Produce engaging, clear, and creative video content
• Provide voiceover narration or use voice generation tools as needed
• Collaborate with senior leadership to review content and implement feedback

This internship will give you hands-on experience in content creation, communication strategy, and visual storytelling—key skills for a career in media, marketing, or corporate communications.

Ideal Candidate:

• A creative thinker with strong visual and storytelling skills
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks
• A strong communicator, both written and verbal
• Tech-savvy, especially with Microsoft Office
• Friendly, self-motivated, and eager to learn
• Experience with Animaker or similar video creation software is a plus

Qualifications

The chosen individual will be friendly, outgoing, and a self-starter, Excellent organization skills are required, along with strict attention to detail. Working knowledge and solid experience with Microsoft office is required, to include Word and Excel.
