Job Overview
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Rockstar to assist the client in repurposing existing long-form music videos into engaging short-form content for platforms like YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and TikTok. The ideal candidate has experience in video editing, content strategy, and social media trends, ensuring consistent posting and streamlined content creation.
Key Responsibilities
Edit and transform existing music videos into short-form content.
Manage daily or every-other-day posting schedules across platforms.
Optimize videos for YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and TikTok.
Assist in content strategy to enhance audience engagement.
Ensure content aligns with the artist’s brand and music style.
Maintain an efficient workflow (each short-form video should take ~1 hour).
Required Qualifications
Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).
Experience creating engaging short-form content for social media.
Knowledge of social media best practices (hashtags, trends, engagement strategies).
Strong time management skills to handle multiple content pieces.
Ability to work independently while aligning with the artist's vision.
Preferred Skills
Background in music/video production or familiarity with cover music content.
Ability to collaborate on content strategy beyond editing.
