To join our team as a Residential Energy Auditor. At CLEAResult, we are dedicated to creating energy-efficient homes and improving the lives of families through high-quality weatherization services. The Weatherization Auditor will help lead and elevate our efforts in residential energy conservation. The Weatherization Auditor will be responsible for performing comprehensive energy audits, assessing home performance, developing work scopes, and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local weatherization standards.

Conduct in-depth energy audits of residential buildings using approved diagnostic tools (e.g., blower door, combustion analyzer, ).
Develop cost-effective work scopes for energy efficiency upgrades and health and safety improvements.
Provide technical oversight and mentoring to weatherization team members.
Ensure adherence to all BPI, and local program standards and protocols.
Maintain accurate and detailed documentation for compliance and reporting.
Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure successful project completion.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites.
A company vehicle will be provided.

Target Compensation:

$28.00/hr

This is a safety-sensitive position and may include field work (such as work in industrial/commercial locations and customer homes), warehouse work, or requires driving on behalf of the company. Individuals provided a conditional offer of employment for this position must successfully pass a post-offer, pre-employment drug test and consent to the company obtaining a motor vehicle report evidencing a satisfactory driving record. Applicants for driving positions must hold a valid driver's license, and individuals provided a conditional offer of employment must successfully pass a drug test and maintain a clean driving record as an ongoing requirement for continued employment.
