  • Oversee and develop the customer training support team, including managing contractors.

Job description

Customer Training Manager 

 

The Customer Training Manager oversees the national customer training program to include the management of support staff, coordination of contractors and the development of training programs and processesThis role leverages strong experience in training management and in-depth knowledge Residential Property Management to run a successful and value-added training program. 

 

Responsibilities 

  • Maintain customer training schedule / calendar. 

  • Develop new customer training opportunities and create standards for existing trainings. 

  • Develop tracking mechanisms for training class attendance and ROI. 

  • Develop training videos, podcasts, etc. to enhance and expand the customer training experience; Collaborate with Marketing. 

  • Partner with the sales team to increase customer engagement in training programs. 

  • Work through a sales process in order to build key relationships with training decision makers and ensure exposure for Lowes Pro Academy. 

  • Oversee and develop the customer training support team 

  • Secure contractors as needed and monitor services performed 

 

Minimum Qualifications 

  • 5+ years experience in training and management, preferably Residential Property Management 

  • 2+ years experience in a selling role 

  • College Degree required or related experience 

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills 

  • Strong organization skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines 

  • Proficiency in Office products to include Word, Excel and PowerPoint 

  • Ability to work flexible hours and travel as needed to meet customer and management expectations  

  • Experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM is preferred 

  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
