Job Summary The Revenue Operations Analyst is responsible for delivering insights, reporting, and process improvements that drive revenue growth and operational efficiency at Henry Schein One. This role partners with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Experience teams to ensure alignment of go-to-market strategies, accurate forecasting, and clear visibility into business performance. The analyst will support key initiatives such as pipeline analysis, bookings and revenue tracking, territory and quota management, and reporting automation, enabling leadership to make data-driven decisions that support the achievement of company objectives.
What you will do
Develop, maintain, and deliver reports and dashboards that provide insights into pipeline, bookings, revenue, and sales performance metrics
Support forecasting processes by analyzing historical trends, pipeline health, and key business drivers
Manage projects and support cross-functional initiatives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Business Operations, Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Marketing) to ensure accuracy and consistency in sales data, territory assignments, and quota attainment
Assist in the design and administration of sales compensation plans and ensure alignment with revenue goals and sales strategies
Partner with Sales and Marketing to analyze lead generation performance, funnel conversion rates, and campaign effectiveness
Identify and recommend process improvements to streamline reporting, enhance data quality, and improve operational workflows
Support data integrity initiatives across Salesforce, Domo, and other business systems to ensure reliable reporting and analytics
Prepare presentations and deliver insights to sales leadership and senior management on revenue operations performance and key trends
Participate in special projects and perform other duties as required
Travel/Physical Demands
Travel typically less than 10%. Office environment. No special physical demands required.
Qualifications
Must have:
Typically 3 to 5 years of increasing responsibility in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Analytics, or a related field
Typically a Bachelor’s Degree or global equivalent in Business, Finance, Analytics, or a related discipline
Proficient with CRMs (Salesforce/Hubspot) and BI tools (Tableau/PowerBI/Domo)
Understanding of bookings, pipeline management, revenue forecasting, and sales process workflows
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate complex data in a clear, actionable manner
Good understanding of industry practices and revenue operations concepts
Basic planning/organizational skills and techniques
Good decision making, analysis and problem solving skills with ability to multi-task
Understanding of bookings, pipeline management, revenue forecasting, and sales process workflows
Good presentation and public speaking skills
Strong analytical, financial modeling, and data visualization skills
Good interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
Nice to have:
Advanced knowledge of Salesforce, Domo, or other BI tools
Familiarity with sales compensation, quota management, and territory planning
