Lunavi, a leading cloud solutions and managed services provider, is seeking a driven and experienced sales leader to spearhead the growth of our services portfolio. In this pivotal position, you'll play a key role in helping organizations across various industries harness the power of Lunavi’s solutions to unlock competitive advantage, drive digital transformation, and solve critical business challenges. This role reports to the SVP of Sales and will work closely with other senior leaders across the organization.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Lead the prospecting charge: Actively identify and engage with C-suite executives and decision-makers across various industries, with a focus on mid-market and enterprise clients, with an eye towards building a scalable customer acquisition engine.
  • Build enduring relationships: Cultivate deep trust and understanding of clients' unique challenges and business objectives and how Lunavi can help solve them.
  • Craft compelling value propositions: Demonstrate how our services deliver tangible business outcomes and competitive advantage, and help clients quantify a business case.
  • Negotiate and close high-value deals: Secure contracts that exceed sales targets and deliver exceptional client satisfaction.
  • Develop strategic partnerships: Foster strong relationships with key partners like Microsoft and other cloud technology providers.
  • Become a thought leader: Cultivate deep industry knowledge and position yourself as a trusted advisor on cloud solutions, digital transformation, and managed services.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of successful sales experience in transformation services with a proven track record of exceeding quotas and building strong client relationships.
  • Track record of new customer acquisition.
  • Experience in developing creative and innovative prospecting methodologies to consistently grow pipeline.
  • Demonstrated expertise in cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and relevant enterprise technologies.
  • Help clients develop and implement data analytics and AI use cases.
  • Strong understanding of cloud adoption drivers, industry trends, and common business challenges across various sectors.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts in clear, concise language.
  • Problem-solving and consultative approach, with a passion for understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions.
