Position Overview: 

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Recruiting Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in identifying, engaging, and hiring top-tier talent across global markets, with a particular focus on candidates in the AI space. This position is ideal for a recruiter with a proven track record in technical sourcing and global talent acquisition.

The ideal candidate will bring deep knowledge of the AI industry, familiarity with international hiring landscapes, and the agility to support dynamic hiring needs across multiple time zones and geographies. You will work closely with our internal HR team and hiring managers to streamline the hiring process and deliver a stellar candidate experience.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers and leadership team to understand current and future hiring needs.
  • Facilitate the recruiting process at all stages, including screening, scheduling,  and managing candidate pipelines for technical and non-technical roles using our ATS.
  • Track and report recruitment metrics and progress regularly to hiring managers and leadership.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of AI industry hiring trends, competitive market intelligence, appropriate compensation structures and best practices in global recruitment.

Qualifications:

  • Experienced with global recruitment.
  • Demonstrated success recruiting in the AI, tech, or emerging technology sectors.
  • Strong understanding of technical roles and terminology proven ability to source and close high-caliber candidates across multiple regions (e.g., North America, EMEA, APAC).
  • Comfortable working independently and managing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with ATS tools (ideally, JazzHR) and sourcing platforms 
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Available to work across time zones as needed
