Job Title: US - Account Executive 

Compensation Range: $100,000-140,000 + $100,000-140,000 Commissions (Depending on Experience)  

This role is remote anywhere in the US

Position Overview  

At Quid, the sales team is the engine that powers the global consumer reach of our solutions. We’re seeking a qualified Account Executive who can help keep this engine running with their own sales skills. The key focus is to drive growth by developing new, strategic partnerships, especially with large enterprises. The ideal Account Executive has experience with the entire sales process, excelling at lead generation, relationship building, and deal closing. We would like someone curious and eager to challenge themselves. We’re looking for a quick learner who has strong negotiating skills — someone with a successful track record who can inspire the same performance in others. Candidates with strategic selling experience (e.g. consulting, startups) are a plus. 

  

Role Objectives  

  • Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands our customer base and extends the company's reach 

  • Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships to address their needs 

  • Ensure that company quotas are met by setting clear objectives and executing against a sales strategy  

  • Represent the company effectively with comprehensive knowledge of our offerings 

  • Research consumer needs and identify how our solutions address them 

  • Achieve company objectives by planning thoroughly, setting sales goals, analyzing performance data, and making forecasts 

  • Develop sales skills continuously and use effective sales tactics to meet revenue objectives 

  • Generate leads, and establish and nurture client relationships 

  

Requirements  

  • 3 -10 years of experience in service or value-based selling, such as consulting or professional services 

  • Experience selling in the following industries: pharma, retail, finance, or B2C brands 

  • Proven record of success with the entire sales process, from planning to closing (Top 10%/20% of the company) 

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills 

  

Preferred Skills & Experience  

  • Public & motivational speaking experience 

  • Proven success rate at levels above sales quota 

  • Tech industry or startup experience a plus
