Key Responsibilities:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Deliver/facilitate both simple and complex training programs to global finance staff.
Manage all details of participant nominations, enrolment, confirmations, communications, pre/during and post course. • Identify and brief Subject Matter Experts (SME’s)
Manage course evaluations, analyse results and share learnings with instructional design team to improve content.
Ensure content of each course is regularly updated and reflects all organizational changes.
Communicate regularly with stakeholders to assess training needs, evaluate requests for customized training and provide training on demand as needed
Leverage communication opportunities
Work collaboratively with team members when assigned to work as part of a team
Utilize existing technology (teams, skype, One Drive, SurveyMonkey, Vimeo) to continually streamline and automate enrolment processes, assessment processes and analytics tools
Special projects as requested

QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE ROLE

Two-three years’ work experience in a training or related area
Effective communication/presentation skills in order to facilitate activities and present information and concepts in a professional and learner focused manner
Ability to manage own time and workload across multiple priorities
Ability to train cross culturally
Ability to apply project management methods and processes to own, define, plan implement and monitor plans/deliverables, resources and quality
Bachelors’ degree or equivalent work experience (4 years). Masters’ preferred.
