Our consultancy is looking for highly motivated and talented management consultants. Ideal candidates would have 10+ years of management consulting with 3-5 years of experience in program management and have strong interpersonal skills, have superior oral and written communication skills, a client service focus, as well as the ability to identify opportunities for improvement, develop recommendations and implement complex solutions in a fast-paced environment. Must be willing to travel up to 25% as required by client engagements.
STRATEGIC CONSULTING RESPONSIBILITIES
Assess organizational challenges: Identify inefficiencies, process gaps, or strategic misalignment.
Analyze data and trends: Use analytics to support recommendations (financials, KPIs, performance metrics).
Develop business cases: Build and present strategic plans to senior stakeholders.
Provide expert recommendations: Suggest solutions aligned with business goals (e.g., org design, digital transformation, change management).
Facilitate workshops and stakeholder interviews: Gather requirements and insights across departments.
PROGRAM MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide project leadership in all aspects of planning, preparation, coordination, and execution of multiple projects and anticipate the needs as driven by project work plans.
Independently manage resources and be able to deliver all components of basic and standalone projects.
Plan client meetings by anticipating needs as driven by the work plan, coordinate meetings with key users, develop data requests and document key questions to be answered throughout the engagement.
Produce project documentation, research briefs, meeting materials, analysis, graphics, best practice presentations, benchmark information and interim and final deliverables.
Create meaningful relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Create work plans including project staffing, project approach, and resource requests to be reviewed with clients and executives.
Plan and manage large-scale initiatives: Oversee scope, schedule, budget, and risk across multiple projects.
Coordinate cross-functional teams: Align efforts across business units, IT, and external vendors.
Drive implementation: Ensure execution of strategic plans and manage the change management process.
Monitor and report progress: Track KPIs, generate dashboards, and communicate updates to executives.
Manage stakeholder expectations: Serve as the bridge between business sponsors and project teams.
ADDITIIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources, or similar.
Management consulting experience, including client facing experience.
3-5 years of program management experience.
Demonstrated experience managing program budgets and large teams.
Ability to get up to speed quickly on complex issues; desire to work in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment.
Strategic thinker and problem solver with a drive to get all types of work done with high attention to detail.
Excellent ability to communicate across all mediums and settings; superior consulting and stakeholder management abilities.
Demonstrated knowledge of financial and operational modeling, capital planning models and workforce models.
Project and program management (Agile, PMP preferred).
Change management experience.
Business process improvement experience.
Financial modeling and ROI analysis experience.
Strong relationship building between internal customers, vendors and employees
COMPENSATION
The position is full time and will include a base salary, plus commission, and full benefits, including health, dental, vision, life, disability, vacation, and 401(k) with company match.
