The company

This is an opportunity to join a well-established multi-disciplinary law firm operating in the heart of Leicester City Centre that has a lot of experience training Paralegals and established career paths. You’ll also have the opportunity to mix with other paralegals and lawyers operating across several different legal sectors.

Within this role, you will be:

Assisting Conveyancing Solicitors in managing residential and commercial property transactions.
Liaising with clients, estate agents, and other parties involved in the conveyancing process.
Conducting legal research, review title deeds, and prepare legal documents, including contracts, transfer of equity, searches and leases.
Handle correspondence and communication with clients and stakeholders.
Assist with file management, document drafting, and administrative tasks related to conveyancing matters.

Requirements

About you:

To be considered for this role, you need to have previous experience of working as a Paralegal in Conveyancing.
You should have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication & interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively and also on your own.
