Job description

This is a key technical leadership role responsible for managing the end-to-end performance, strategy, and governance of TGE’s Customer Integration applications. You’ll drive innovation, lead cross-functional teams (including vendor partners), and ensure our platforms meet the operational, security, and growth needs of the business. With a strong focus on cyber security, integration, and scalability, this role is pivotal to delivering seamless digital experiences to our customers.
 

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Oversee the development, stability, and performance of Salesforce, WebMethods, and related customer integration platforms.

  • Define and implement strategic roadmaps (from immediate priorities to 3-year plans).

  • Lead technical teams and vendors through enhancements, project delivery, and system upgrades.

  • Drive application optimisation across AWS environments and reporting structures.

  • Collaborate with business, IT, and operations stakeholders to understand and deliver on requirements.

  • Uphold rigorous security, compliance, and access control protocols.

  • Lead proactive monitoring, system audits, and technical documentation to ensure data integrity and operational excellence.
     

Cyber Security Responsibilities
  • Ensure all integration applications meet TGE's security, compliance, and risk standards.

  • Monitor system threats, logs, and alerts, and coordinate incident response activities as needed.

  • Implement and maintain firewalls, intrusion detection, and secure coding practices.

  • Lead disaster recovery planning and business continuity initiatives for your application portfolio.

  • Educate stakeholders and end-users on cyber safety practices such as phishing awareness and data protection.
     

What You’ll Bring
  • Proven experience managing enterprise CRM, marketing, and integration platforms — Salesforce and WebMethods preferred.

  • Strong understanding of AWS environments, APIs, and data security best practices.

  • Experience leading blended technical teams (internal and vendor).

  • Deep understanding of application lifecycle management, risk mitigation, and operational perform
