We are looking for a Product Owner to join our Strategic Transformation Team. In this role, you will:
Coordinate and monitor the Scrum process from initiation through delivery.
Serve as a liaison between the development team, management, and organizational user groups to ensure that all project targets and requirements are met.
Partner closely with vendor SMEs to align on goals and deliverables.
Ensure that team members clearly understand project objectives.
Maintain the product backlog and release plan while removing impediments that may obstruct sprint goals.
Foster a flexible, collaborative, and fast-paced team environment that adapts quickly to change.
Experience in lieu of Bachelor’s Degree or Certification:
3 years of relevant experience with a degree required
5+ years of relevant experience without a degree
No specific certification or licensure requirements
3–5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role within a Scrum/Agile environment
Strong experience coordinating with cross-functional teams and serving as a liaison between business users and technical teams
Familiarity with Wave, Microsoft Project, SharePoint, and Power BI preferred
Proven ability to manage product backlogs, define sprint goals, and facilitate Agile ceremonies
We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay rate for Full Time employment is: $80,204.8- $133,681.6. Additional compensation may be available for this role such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities
