Job description

* This is a home-based position with expected travel throughout PA and NJ

Overview:
Lead a team of clinical professionals supporting clinical trials. You'll ensure projects are well-staffed, teams are trained, and work is delivered with high quality and compliance.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead & Develop: Manage, mentor, and support clinical staff to help them grow and succeed.
  • Drive Quality: Oversee clinical work to ensure it meets standards and project goals through review and evaluation.
  • Resource Strategically: Assign team members to studies based on their skills and experience.
  • Support Onboarding: Help hire and train new team members to set them up for success.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with other teams to solve challenges and deliver excellent service.
  • Improve Continuously: Contribute to process improvements and quality initiatives.
  • Manage Stakeholders: Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and smooth project execution.
  • Lead Performance: Bring a minimum of 3 years' experience in line management and performance management to support team success and accountability.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $86,500.00 - $216,000.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
