You'll play a crucial role in our in-store accounting operations, acting as a key link between Lithia Home Office (LHO), the regional Accounting Processing Center (APC), and store operations with Doral Kia.

What You'll Do:

  • Handle daily check and credit card deposits
  • Reconcile cash sales accounting schedules
  • Collaborating with store operations for process improvements
  • Audit car deals for accuracy and completeness
  • Serve as the second line of audit defense
  • Maintain notes on missing or incorrect items
  • Ensure revenue recognition and state compliance
  • Provide backup support for document scanning
  • Review IRS Form 8300s for accuracy
  • Assist in maintaining accounting schedules
  • Cross-train on Title & Registration Specialist role
  • Meet performance standards for accuracy and efficiency
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned

  • High school diploma preferred
  • 1+ years of dealership or car deal processing experience preferred
