Job Description:

   

Skills Required:

  • Bachelor's or master’s degree in Business Management or equivalent
  • Typically, 1-2 years’ experience (sale operations, customer relations, financial management, procurement)
  • Ability to apply analytical, statistics and problem-solving skills

Language:

  • Advanced local language skill (Japanese Read, Write, Talk, Listen)

    • SFDC knowledge

Responsibilities:

  • Strong partnership with Sales/Customer/Partner/Business Development/Delivery/Customer Ops/etc to enable selling process and business growth.
  • Support sales to manage E2E process required activities.
    • Engagement with supporting team to manage quote to cash process (i.e, Quoting, Amendment, Booking, Invoicing, Collection etc.)
    • HPE Internal approval process (SND, EOSL Extension, MVS, CASPER, Legal etc.)
    • Manual quote (Customized quotation) preparation
    • Customer data analysis and management, growth data mining
    • SFDC Opportunity maintenance per sales requirement
  • Perform as the key customer contact point on behalf of Sales rep. To handle
    • Various types of customer/internal supporting team’s query
    • Initial customer conversation and follow up actions
    • Specified documentation preparation (e.g, multi-vendor purchase doc creation)
    • Quoting request analysis and submit to downstream Ops team (i.e, Upsell, Add-on, Date/Product/Service level amendment, INRD, etc.)
    • Sales/Customer escalation.
  • Assists with analytical and administrative support tasks for priority projects of varying complexity.
