Job Description: We’re seeking a strategic, results-oriented Senior Manager of Integrated Marketing to lead marketing efforts for our fast-growing Healthcare Services portfolio. This role oversees a high-performing team responsible for planning and executing multi-channel campaigns that position our solutions—including distribution, logistics, supplier management, kitting, and digital commerce—as essential tools to help healthcare providers and manufacturers deliver better care more efficiently.
The anticipated salary range for this position is $102,060 - $125,000 yr plus 15% AIP eligibility annually. The actual compensation offered may vary based on job related factors such as experience, skills, education and location.
Strategic Leadership & Team Management-
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Integrated Marketing Managers and Content Specialist focused on healthcare services.
Provide strategic direction, aligning team efforts with broader marketing and business goals.
Serve as primary operational support to the Sr. Director of Marketing, ensuring campaigns are executed efficiently and aligned with organizational strategy.
Foster a collaborative, high-performance team culture while managing day-to-day operations.
Offer leadership in internal and external discussions regarding program and budget realignment as needed.
Integrated Campaign Development & Execution-
Develop and execute full-funnel marketing strategies across digital, in-person, and traditional channels.
Partner cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Customer Marketing, Operations, and Digital teams to ensure campaigns meet market needs and differentiate our services.
Collaborate with the Sr. Manager, Integrated Marketing, Products to maintain unified messaging across services and product marketing efforts.
Lead campaign planning, ensuring timely execution, consistent branding, and alignment with customer needs.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Vendor Management-
Serve as a key liaison across departments, ensuring alignment and communication throughout all campaign phases.
Partner with Creative, Digital, Legal/Compliance, and Analytics teams to ensure integrated, compliant marketing execution.
Manage external agencies and vendors, providing clear direction to ensure excellence in campaign development and adherence to brand standards.
Performance Management & Optimization-
Own marketing plans and budget for the healthcare services segment, including accurate forecasting and resource allocation.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies to optimize ROI and overall impact.
Conduct post-campaign reviews, sharing learnings and best practices to drive continuous improvement across the organization.
Compliance & Governance-
Ensure all marketing activities comply with healthcare industry regulations, safety standards, and corporate policies.
Collaborate with compliance and legal teams to manage vendor contracts and regulatory requirements.
Qualifying Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in B2B integrated marketing.
A focus on services and the healthcare industry experience strongly preferred.
Proven success managing complex, multi-channel marketing campaigns and leading high-performing teams.
Experience working closely with cross-functional partners, including product, sales, digital, and creative teams.
Healthcare Distribution and Services Expertise: Understanding of operational and clinical challenges in healthcare delivery strongly preferred.
Strategic Leadership: Ability to translate business objectives into actionable marketing strategies; experienced in mentoring and team development.
Campaign Execution: Skilled in managing full-funnel marketing campaigns, from strategy to execution and optimization.
Analytical Thinking: Strong ability to use data to inform decisions, measure success, and optimize performance.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to influence across teams and leadership levels.
Budget & Resource Management: Strong financial acumen and experience in managing marketing budgets and agency/vendor partnerships.
External Agencies: Partner with and manage outside (external) agencies to support campaigns.
