Role Summary

Raytheon is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our Process Transformation and Standard Work Team within the Supply Chain Strategic Solutions organization. This role consists of four major components and requires a degree of experience in each:  1) Raytheon Procurement or Material Program Management, and/or Supplier Management; 2) Training Design/Deployment/Content Delivery; 3) CORE/Project Management/Change Management; 4) Information Systems/Data Analytics/Tools.  These following key responsibilities are essential for driving the development and delivery of effective, standardized training, leveraging information systems and tools, and ensuring continuous improvement and alignment within the supply chain processes at RTX Corporation.

What You Will Do:

  • Handle acquisition professional procurement processes, tools, and compliance
  • Material Program Management across development, production, depot, prime proposals, and EAC
  • Supplier Performance Management/Engagement/Lean/Engagements/Continuous Improvement
  • Integrated Business Planning
  • Design, develop, and deploy standardized training content, harmonizing materials from legacy Raytheon business units into a unified Supply Chain Work (SC Work) training program.
  • Create and make available digital training content in FLEX, build a harmonized supply chain training curriculum, and integrate targeted training topics digitally within FLEX.
  • Apply CORE principles to scope harmonization or improvement efforts, assemble teams, diagnose root causes, and develop effective solutions.
  • Manage projects by building plans, leading teams to design, develop, and deploy solutions on-time and within budget.
  • Execute change management strategies to socialize, communicate, and gain support for initiatives, ensuring sustained changes within organizational processes.
  • Utilize familiarity with information systems and data analytics to gather customer requirements, create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and conduct demos, testing, pilots, full-scale deployments, and ongoing enhancements 

Qualifications You Must Have:

  • Typically requires a university degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field and minimum 5 years’ experience
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in supply chain management, training development, and project management
  • Experience with supply chain information systems and tools
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Experience with CORE principles and methodologies
  • Experience guiding or participating on cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in data analytics and the ability to interpret and present data effectively
  • Familiarity with and ability to design and develop enterprise and business-level policies/processes/tools/training
  • Experience Identifying policy/process/tool inefficiencies or issues and drives improvements to closure
  • Excellent project management skills with a proven track record of managing complex projects

The salary range for this role is 101,000 USD - 203,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
