We are looking for a Senior Product Analyst to join our team and help us make data-driven decisions that shape the future of our product.

Your main tasks will be:
  • Identify the causes of changes in business process dynamics

  • Analyze user behavior and uncover hidden patterns

  • Evaluate and interpret results of A/B tests and experiments

  • Contribute to product development and strategic planning

  • Assess the potential impact of proposed product changes

  • Build and maintain up-to-date, insightful dashboards

We expect from you:
Hard Skills:
  • Degree in mathematics, statistics, or a technical field

  • Strong grasp of statistical methods and probability theory

  • Solid experience in data extraction, transformation, and visualization (MS SQL, Python, Excel)

  • Proven experience in designing, running, and interpreting A/B tests

  • Understanding of key product and marketing metrics: LTV, CPA, Retention, CR, etc.

Soft Skills:
  • Product thinking: ability to interpret data through the lens of user needs and behavior

  • Systems thinking: capable of connecting high-level strategy with detailed execution

  • Critical thinking: questions assumptions, double-checks findings, and validates results

  • Effective communication

  • Independence and ownership

  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher
