We are looking for a Senior Product Analyst to join our team and help us make data-driven decisions that shape the future of our product.
Identify the causes of changes in business process dynamics
Analyze user behavior and uncover hidden patterns
Evaluate and interpret results of A/B tests and experiments
Contribute to product development and strategic planning
Assess the potential impact of proposed product changes
Build and maintain up-to-date, insightful dashboards
Degree in mathematics, statistics, or a technical field
Strong grasp of statistical methods and probability theory
Solid experience in data extraction, transformation, and visualization (MS SQL, Python, Excel)
Proven experience in designing, running, and interpreting A/B tests
Understanding of key product and marketing metrics: LTV, CPA, Retention, CR, etc.
Product thinking: ability to interpret data through the lens of user needs and behavior
Systems thinking: capable of connecting high-level strategy with detailed execution
Critical thinking: questions assumptions, double-checks findings, and validates results
Effective communication
Independence and ownership
English proficiency at B2 level or higher
