Job Description:
The Director, Product Development is responsible for leading and overseeing the development of products within the organization. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills to ensure successful product development and implementation.
Essential Job Responsibilities
Lead and oversee product development teams to deliver high-quality products.
Develop and implement product development strategies, plans, timelines, and budgets.
Coordinate with stakeholders to gather product requirements and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Monitor product development progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion.
Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on product development status.
Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact product development success.
Foster a collaborative and productive work environment within the product development team.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education
Required: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
Preferred: Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Experience
Required: Minimum of 7 years of experience in product development or a related field.
Preferred: Experience in leading product development teams and managing large-scale product development projects.
