About the role
- Collect, analyse and interpret customer data to uncover meaningful insights that inspire improvements in customer experience and satisfaction.
- Translate customer data, Net Promoter Score, Voice of Customer, etc. and identify root causes of challenges, working closely with teams to co-create solutions and nurture process enhancements.
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports that visualise customer experience performance, present key insights to the broader team in an engaging and clear way.
- Monitor feedback channels and industry trends to recommend thoughtful strategies that deepen customer loyalty and elevate service delivery.
- Champion cross-functional collaboration and facilitate inclusive workshops that cultivate a customer-centred culture, ensuring data integrity for confident, informed decision-making.
About you
- Experienced in exporting, analysing and translating customer data within complex, matrixed environment, using strong analytical and critical thinking skills to uncover actionable insights.
- Strong communicator, able to translate complex data into dashboards and reports using standard reporting tools, with a high attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quickly identify and correct inconsistencies.
- Adept at navigating complexity and ambiguity, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to co-create pragmatic solutions that enhance customer experience and satisfaction.
- Strong planning and prioritisation abilities, effectively organising tasks and competing resources to meet stakeholder expectations while maintaining clear, impactful communication.
- Self-motivated and collaborative, building trusted relationships with stakeholders through effective communication and partnership to influence outcomes and deliver meaningful business solutions
