Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (PST)

Position Overview:

We're seeking a highly motivated Shopify eCommerce Specialist to drive growth across Shopify and Amazon platforms. This role will focus on optimizing the onsite user experience, leading conversion rate experiments, and collaborating cross-functionally to enhance merchandising, content, and site performance. This is a key opportunity for someone looking to make a direct impact on a fast-growing brand's digital trajectory.

Key Responsibilities:

CRO & Website Optimization:

  • Analyze web performance metrics and user behavior to identify opportunities.
  • Lead A/B testing and UX experiments to improve conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with developers to implement optimizations and QA test features.


Site Management & Merchandising:

  • Manage and update the Shopify site, including product catalogs and navigation.
  • Execute seasonal promos, campaigns, and upsell strategies.
  • Partner with ops to monitor inventory and ensure fulfillment alignment.


Content & SEO:

  • Maintain SEO-driven product listings and landing pages.
  • Coordinate with creative teams to implement new assets and brand messaging.
  • Ensure alignment across all merchant and digital platforms.


Sales Strategy & Analytics:

  • Drive eCommerce revenue via Shopify, wholesale channels, and Amazon.
  • Report on traffic, conversions, and performance KPIs.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to leadership for continuous improvement.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in ecommerce, website management, or digital marketing.
  • Demonstrated success in driving online sales and growth.
  • Strong command of Shopify (required); Amazon experience is a plus.
  • Familiarity with CRO tools (e.g., Intelligems, Optimizely, VWO, etc.).
  • Comfortable using GA4, Shopify Analytics, or Microsoft Clarity.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
  • Effective communicator and team collaborator.


Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience working in fashion, lifestyle, or direct-to-consumer brands.
  • Familiarity with merchandising strategies and conversion funnels.
  • Experience with Shopify Plus features and multi-channel integrations.
