Role Summary

Raytheon is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our Process Transformation and Standard Work Team within the Supply Chain Strategic Solutions organization. This role is pivotal in driving high visibility efforts related to the development and delivery of standardized supply chain training, understanding and leveraging information systems, supply chain tools, and data analytics. A strong background in CORE (Customer Oriented Results and Excellence) and project management is essential to excel in this role. This person is a natural leader, manager, self-starter, problem investigator, and question-asker who can operate successfully in gray space, create order and standardization, and design a more efficient and digital way of operating Supply Chain processes. 

Valuable role experiences include:  Acquisition Professional, Material Program Management, Supplier Performance Management, Integrated Business Planning, Prime Proposals, Program Operations, etc.

What You Will Do:

  • Develop and maintain working relationships with a network of stakeholders, partners, internal customers, and technical peers to jointly-achieve goals.
  • Develop and deliver standardized supply chain training programs that align with RTX Corporation's strategic objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and create comprehensive training materials.
  • Understand and utilize various information systems and supply chain tools to enhance training effectiveness.
  • Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for process improvement.
  • Implement CORE principles to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement within the supply chain.
  • Manage and lead projects related to process transformation and standard work initiatives.
  • Track and report on the progress of training programs and process improvement projects.
  • Provide support and guidance to team members and stakeholders on best practices and standardized processes.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and advancements in supply chain management. 

Qualifications You Must Have:

  • Typically requires a university degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management, training development, and project management
  • Experience with supply chain information systems and tools
  • Proficiency in data analytics and the ability to interpret and present data effectively
  • Experience with CORE principles and methodologies
  • Excellent project management skills with a proven track record of managing complex projects
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and managing multiple priorities

Qualifications We Prefer:

  • Professional certifications in supply chain management (e.g., APICS, CSC, CFCM) or project management (e.g., PMP)
  • CORE Champion Certification

The salary range for this role is 82,000 USD - 164,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
