Planejar e alocar recursos (engenheiros, projetistas, consultores) em múltiplos projetos, garantindo aderência a budget e deadlines;
Atuar como ponte entre PMOs, RH, Financeiro e Controladoria para contratação, controle de custos e faturamento;
Monitorar KPIs de produtividade, utilização e margem por projeto, sugerindo otimizações;
Coordenar implantação de políticas e procedimentos de alocação;
Facilitar onboarding, timesheets e compliance trabalhista;
Conduzir reuniões de capacity planning com gerentes de projeto.
REQUISITOS OBRIGATÓRIOS:
Graduação em Engenharia, Administração, Economia ou áreas correlatas;
Experiêcia em gestão de recursos/projetos ou planejamento operacional;
Pacote Office avançado;
Power BI.
REQUISITOS DESEJÁVEIS:
Vivência em consultorias de engenharia ou tecnologia;
Conhecimento de legislação trabalhista;
Inglês;
Experiência com ERPs (SAP, Totvs ou similar);
Conhecimentos de VBA/PowerQuery;
Scrum Master (CSM®), PMP ou Lean Six Sigma Green Belt;
ERP corporativo (SAP/Protheus), MS Project, Power Automate/Power Apps.

SANDECH is an Engineering and Management Consulting company founded in February 2008 in Rio de Janeiro by three Engineers graduated in Chemical and Mechanical Engineering at Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ).
