Role: Brand Reputation Management Intern
Responsibilities:
Monitor and manage CopyElement's presence across various review platforms (e.g., G2, Trustpilot, Product Hunt)
Draft thoughtful replies to user reviews and feedback
Research and engage with relevant communities on Reddit, Facebook, Twitter, and other channels
Assist with online reputation strategies including influencer outreach and user success stories
Collaborate with the marketing team to highlight product strengths and address concerns
Report insights, reviews, and brand sentiment trends regularly
