Job description

Position Title: Accounts Receivable Specialist

Work Set Up: Work From Home

Schedule: 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM PH Time

Job Location: Clark Outsourcing - Building 35 Philexcel Business Park, Clark Pampanga


Quick Rundown:

Responsible for executing accounts receivable duties within an assigned group of Sales Partners, including the collection of past due invoices and addressing challenges hindering payment from customers.


What Youll Do:

  • Provide customer and sales partner support, resolving payment collection issues

  • Respond to inquiries and manage unpaid accounts, maintaining detailed A/R records

  • Monitor past-due invoices, generate reports, and follow collection procedures

  • Handle special exception cases outside standard collection processes

  • Prepare statements, collection letters, and special correspondence

  • Process adjustments, write-offs, credit memos, and rebills as authorized

  • Accept and process credit card payments, issue receipts, and research payment disputes

  • Verify tax-exempt information and issue revised invoices or credit notes

  • Investigate unidentified payments, overpayments, and process refunds

  • Develop action plans for collections and collaborate with Finance leadership

  • Adjust sales partner commissions based on order value changes

  • Perform additional finance-related tasks as assigned


What Were Looking For:

  • In-depth knowledge of credit and collection procedures

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer relations and/or collections, preferably with an accounting background

  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite

  • Proficiency in QuickBooks

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Advanced mathematical and analytical abilities

  • Excellent customer service and relationship management skills
