Were currently looking for a highly skilled AI and Automation Expert to join a cutting-edge technology firm specializing in AI-driven automation solutions. This is a remote role based in Cape Town, offering a salary of R55,000 - R65,000 PM.

Key Responsibilities:

AI Strategy Development: Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute AI and automation strategies aligned with business goals.
System Design & Development: Build AI-driven automation systems using machine learning models, RPA solutions, and intelligent systems.
Process Automation: Identify and automate repetitive tasks to improve efficiency and reduce human intervention.
AI Integration: Seamlessly integrate AI technologies into existing systems and processes.
Collaboration & Leadership: Work with software developers, data scientists, and business analysts to identify automation opportunities.
Performance Monitoring: Optimize AI and automation processes for maximum efficiency and troubleshoot issues.
Research & Innovation: Stay updated on AI advancements and implement innovative solutions.
Compliance & Security: Ensure AI systems adhere to industry standards, regulations, and data security.

Required Experience & Skills:

5+ years of experience in IT, development, or automation-related roles.
Strong automation expertise with tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and AI services.
Analytical skills with the ability to solve complex problems.
Coding skills preferred, but not required.
Excellent communication skills to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Project management experience from concept to implementation.
