Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and manage hiring logistics using Workday and Phenom.
Schedule interviews directly to hiring managers' calendars using Outlook.
Ensure a smooth and timely recruitment process, with a strong focus on time-to-fill under 30 days.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate activity in the ATS (Workday).
Communicate effectively and frequently with candidates, hiring teams, and the broader recruiting function.
