Aliaxis is seeking to recruit a Technical Sales Representative / Infrastructure and Drainage systems who will be responsible for the implementation of the company's strategy as well as for Infrastructure segment long-term relationships with the target applications: Water & Gas distribution and drainage systems. We are looking for a positively minded individual with both commercial and technical skills who will appreciate the opportunity to work for a company with the highest market share in its product segment.

The role can be based in Bucharest area, Romania (Hybrid Work Arrangement).

Responsibilities:

  • Development of the assigned region (Romania, Bucharest area and Sibiu / Cluj area) including comprehensive care for existing customers such as designers, water companies, investors, construction companies, and distributors, infrastructure and building segment.
  • Product and sales consulting and active support for business partners
  • Product and solution presentations to customers and increasing brand awareness (client seminars)
  • Collaboration with management on business strategy and demand planning
  • Reporting sales results and market insights
  • Training or organizing trainings sessions for distributors, technical companies, water companies & installers to create demand.
  • Monitoring competitor’s activity, collecting and updating information about prices & products.
  • Planning in details weekly activity, making weekly reports of activity, making monthly report & identifying opportunities and threats of sales in his/her region (CRM activities)
  • Reporting to Country Sales Manager Romania


Requirements

  • Experience in a technical sales position with proven sales results
  • Good command of English (and Romanian)
  • Commercial mindset, effective communication skills, ability to build and maintain long-term professional relationships.
  • Presentation and organizational skills
  • Independence, reliability, initiative-taking approach to work, motivation for personal and career growth
  • Frequent business travel (Romania, Bucharest area, homeoffice)


Qualifications:

  • Technical education, Bachelor's (or higher) degree in engineering construction
  • At least 5 years of experience as Sales Engineer / Technical Sales, Infrastructure Segment preferably in a similar domain (fittings, water / gas piping solutions / drainage solutions for infrastructure, utility, infrastructure)
  • Sales & Communication skills
  • Strong command Romanian language, communicative English.
