Job description

We are hiring a Technical Sales Representative for Material Research Furnaces, LLC, based in New Hampshire, USA.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting

    • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and target companies that would benefit from our high-performance industrial furnaces and custom solutions.

  • Lead Qualification

    • Assess the specific needs of leads to determine fit and sales potential.

    • Conduct discovery calls to understand technical requirements and business challenges, ensuring alignment with our solutions.

  • Lead Nurturing

    • Implement effective lead nurturing strategies to guide prospects through the sales funnel.

    • Maintain engagement through personalized follow-ups, valuable content sharing, and scheduling of product demonstrations or consultations.

  • Lead Generation

    • Proactively reach out to prospects via cold calls, email campaigns, social media platforms, and occasional industry events.

    • Leverage multiple outreach strategies to build a consistent pipeline of qualified leads.

  • Sales Metrics & Reporting

    • Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, including contacts made, meetings held, and conversion outcomes.

    • Prepare and present regular performance reports, analyzing key metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of experience in technical sales, preferably within the industrial equipment or engineering sector

  • Strong proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot CRM, and Advanced Analytics tools for lead generation and tracking

  • Background or education in Engineering or a related technical field

  • Proven success in acquiring international and/or U.S.-based clients

  • Experience in qualifying inbound leads and managing them through to conversion

  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal

Working Conditions:

  • Work schedule: Must be amenable to shifting/weekend and any schedules.
  • Work arrangement: Remote
