We’re expanding rapidly and looking for a detail-oriented Senior Mortgage Account Executive to join our team and support our mission of delivering speed, service, and reliability—where brokers win.

Your Impact:
  • Drive new business development and manage existing wholesale broker relationships.
  • Serve as a strategic partner and problem-solver for brokers to guide deals through to closing.
  • Support Dominion’s continued growth through market development and strong client relationship management.

In This Role You Will:
  • Develop and expand wholesale mortgage sales within a designated market, with a focus on non-QM products.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly loan production targets in the non-QM space.
  • Maintain a minimum monthly production of $2,500,000.
  • Cultivate, onboard, and transition new and existing wholesale relationships to Dominion Financial Services.
  • Work directly with broker clients to structure deals, provide solutions, and ensure successful loan closings.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • 3–4 years of experience in non-QM wholesale mortgage sales and a minimum of 5 years in the mortgage industry.
  • Proven success in leading sales efforts and building wholesale broker partnerships.
  • Strong understanding of mortgage lending regulations, compliance standards, and market trends.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Encompass, and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across internal and external stakeholders.
