Job description

We’re defining what it means to build and deliver the most extraordinary sports and entertainment experiences. Our global team is trailblazing new markets, developing cutting-edge products, and shaping the future of responsible gaming.

Here, “impossible” isn’t part of our vocabulary. You’ll face some of the toughest but most rewarding challenges of your career. They’re worth it. Channeling your inner grit will accelerate your growth, help us win as a team, and create unforgettable moments for our customers.

The Crown Is Yours

As a Senior Manager of AI Learning Programs, you will design and scale technical learning programs that build AI fluency and technical expertise across the organization—from general employees to specialized engineering and product teams. In this strategic, hands-on, individual contributor role, you’ll partner with senior engineering, product, and data leaders to identify skill gaps, drive AI adoption, and foster a culture of continuous learning. Ideal candidates have a proven track record of delivering impactful technical learning experiences, influencing senior stakeholders, and leveraging AI to enhance program effectiveness.

What you’ll do as a Senior Manager, AI Learning Programs
  • Lead the strategy, design, and execution of technical learning programs (e.g., AI, GenAI, data fluency) that align with business priorities and drive measurable impact.

  • Partner with senior engineering, product, and data leaders to develop scalable learning solutions that support broad AI fluency and deep technical upskilling.

  • Curate and integrate best-in-class content from external providers to build engaging learning pathways.

  • Drive innovation in AI-powered learning by leveraging automation, adaptive learning, and data insights for personalization and efficiency.

  • Deliver high-impact learning experiences—including workshops, peer learning, and hands-on initiatives—and manage complex, multi-phase programs.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to embed learning into workflows, platforms, and the overall employee experience.

What you’ll bring
  • At least 10 years of experience in learning, technical enablement, or talent development within high-growth tech environments.

  • Proven ability to design and deliver scalable technical learning programs for engineering, product, and data teams.

  • Deep understanding of AI, GenAI, and emerging technologies, with experience integrating them into learning strategies.

  • Strong collaboration and influence skills, with a track record of aligning learning with business goals and engaging senior leaders.

  • Expertise in vendor management, facilitation, and using data to measure impact, optimize programs, and drive organizational change.
