About the Role
ERGO Forsikring is on an exciting journey of transformation and growth. As we merge three organizations from Norway, Sweden, and Denmark into a single, Unified Company, we are seeking a User Experience (UX) Best Practice Lead who thrives in change and sees opportunity in complexity.
In this role, you will play a pivotal part in embedding user-centered design thinking across our product development lifecycle. You’ll advocate for UX from the earliest stages of project and product shaping and ensure best practices are applied across teams and markets.
In this role you need to enjoy switching between hands-on design-processes or research work and more strategic responsibilities. You’ll engage with senior stakeholders across business and tech while also getting into the details when needed, shaping prototypes, driving discovery phases, or guiding early-stage concepts. You’re as comfortable in design tools as you are in strategic conversations.
In Copenhagen, you’ll be our very first dedicated UX professional - but you won’t be alone. You’ll quickly get introduced with the Ergo Innovation Lab in Berlin, where you’ll collaborate on forward-thinking initiatives like AI design sprints and emerging tech explorations. At the same time, you’ll play a key role in building up our UX presence in India, working closely with colleagues in our Mumbai office to hire and support new UX team members as we establish nine new product teams from beginning of August.
