We’re on the lookout for a motivated and detail-oriented Parts Technician I to join our team and take on an exciting new challenge.


What’s in it for you?

  • Shift: First Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM or 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
  • Role: In this role, you’ll handle inbound parts requests, respond to customer inquiries quickly and accurately, and log interactions in our CRM. You’ll look for ways to improve the customer experience, recommend preventative maintenance parts, and upsell when appropriate. You'll also work with Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain to resolve part issues and help maintain adequate inventory levels.

Compensation  for this position includes a competitive base salary and annual  uncapped bonus incentive tied to company goals and profitability. CAS  offers competitive medical, dental, vision insurance; paid time off;  paid holidays; and a 401k plan.

Requirements
  • High school diploma plus 1-2 yrs experience in HVAC equipment parts sales, customer service or manufacturing
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and safely operate tools
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Comfortable working under close supervision in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic knowledge of workplace safety and continuous improvement is a plus
