Position Overview:

Bradford Health Services is hiring a PM Therapist for our Nashville outpatient team. This role provides therapeutic support to individuals in addiction recovery, ensuring comprehensive treatment planning, individual and group therapy, and family education. The ideal candidate will have a master’s degree and be eligible for licensure, demonstrating a strong commitment to patient-centered, evidence-based care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth psychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based practices.
• Provide family therapy and education to support the recovery process.
• Lead specialized therapy groups focused on addiction and co-occurring disorders.
• Collaborate with medical and clinical teams to provide holistic care.
• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with all state and federal regulations.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field required.
• Eligible for licensure (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) upon hire.
• Two years of experience in addiction treatment preferred.
• CPR certification required upon hire.
• Strong knowledge of state regulations, evidence-based treatment, and 12-Step recovery integration.
