Stipend: ₹5,000 per month

About Role:
We’re a growing brand building a strong presence in the executive hiring and leadership advisory space. As we expand our digital presence across marketing campaigns, brand storytelling, and weekly video content, we’re looking for a sharp and structured Content Research Intern to power our content pipeline with valuable insights and ideas.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys researching trends, decoding strategic content, and crafting research-based inputs that fuel LinkedIn posts, video scripts, email campaigns, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
– Research startup, leadership, and business content to support video creation, social media, and brand initiatives
– Extract actionable insights from articles, podcasts, interviews, reports, and business literature
– Support content development across multiple formats: video briefs, emailers, thought-leadership, and marketing collaterals
– Stay updated on hiring trends, market shifts, and CXO movements
– Organize and present findings in clean, structured documentation
Requirements:
– Final-year undergraduate / recent graduate / early MBA or media student
– Passion for business, leadership, startups, and storytelling
– Ability to distill and simplify complex topics
– Strong research and summarization skills
– Familiarity with tools like Google Docs, Slides, LinkedIn, AI etc.
– Training to be provided
