Salesforce Inc. seeks Operations Manager in San Francisco, CA:
 

Job Duties: Work with executive leadership to define, launch, and drive both strategic and operational programs across Success roles, Offer Management, Renewals, Strategy & Operations functions in Customer Success. Identify the needs of the organization, continuously evaluate, optimize, and improve capacity planning processes and guidance, putting the customer at the center of everything we do. Lead multiple modeling/operational improvement projects and align with leadership, finance and delivery. Structure and complete initiatives by developing work plans, gathering, and synthesizing relevant data, leading analyses, and developing final recommendations across the portfolio. Communicate results with executive leadership and the broader organization. Program management and coordination of top value creation initiatives. Collaborate with Strategy & Operations team members, functional leaders, and subject matter authorities. Support team and functional management including finance, location strategy, resourcing, recruiting, team development, and engagement. Telecommuting is an option.
 

Minimum Requirements: Master’s degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Business Administration, Finance, Statistics, or a related quantitative discipline, and three (3) years of experience in job offered or in any occupation in a related field.
 

Special Skill Requirements: (1) Business strategy; (2) Business analytics; (3) Project management; (4) Project management tools such as Scrum, or SDLC; (5) Capacity Modeling; (6) Salesforce Force.com platform; (7) Query languages such as SQL, PostgreSQL or SOQL; and (8) Salesforce tools such as CRM, Data Loader, Wave and GUS. Any suitable combination of education, training and/or experience is acceptable. Telecommuting is an option. 
 

Salary: $115,600.00 - $190,900.00 per annum.

For Washington D.C based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $115,600 to $190,900.

For Maryland based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $115,600 to $190,900.
