As a Regional Service Operations Manager at INNIO you will be responsible for leading the operational service activities in your assigned region. You will focus on managing people, processes, and service quality, ensuring optimal customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Your Responsibilities:
Full ownership of Jenbacher Field Service operations in the assigned area
Managing a team of field technicians with diverse technical skills
Ensuring effective planning, preparation, execution, and quality of all field activities (e.g., commissioning, repairs, overhauls)
Acting as the daily point of contact for customers regarding operational topics, fostering strong and trust-based relationships
Overseeing the execution of warranty claims, fleet quality initiatives, and service productivity programs
Leading the implementation of process improvements and system enhancements (including test phase) between HQ and the Italian Service organization
Driving continuous improvement by monitoring KPIs and leveraging operational data
Collaborating with key stakeholders (Sales, Safety, Technical Support, Material Planning) to deliver seamless service
Your Profile:
Fluent in Italian and English (both spoken and written) – essential
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a structured, process-driven organization
University degree in Management, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
Strong leadership potential and genuine interest in people development (e.g., coaching, onboarding)
High orientation toward process efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction
Proficient use of MS Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis) and solid knowledge of Outlook; experience with Oracle or ERP systems is a plus
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to prioritize, manage multiple stakeholders, and drive results independently
Experience or knowledge of Jenbacher gas engines is a plus (but not mandatory)
