Analyst – Telecommunications (Remote)

Introduction

We are seeking an experienced Analyst – Telecommunications with 5–7 years of relevant experience to join our team. This remote role offers the flexibility to work from anywhere within the U.S. telecommunications footprint. The successful candidate will leverage analytical skills and data expertise to support and enhance our operational and strategic decision-making processes.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex data sets from multiple sources to generate actionable business insights.
• ​Develop and maintain dashboards and data visualizations to track program and provider performance.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting to meet contractual and internal requirements.
• Define and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) and support metric-driven initiatives.
• Collaborate across teams to understand and fulfill data-related needs.
• Support ad hoc requests and special projects requiring detailed analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, MIS, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field.
• ​5–7 years of experience in data analysis or a similar analytical role.
• Strong proficiency in mining data and building insightful visualizations.
• Intermediate-level experience with SQL.
• Experience supporting Business Analysts is preferred.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
