Job description

As the B2B Account-Based Marketing Manager, you will lead and execute account-based marketing campaigns designed to engage, influence, acquire and retain high-value accounts in our target segments. Working closely with Sales, Marketing, and Sales Operations, you will be responsible for designing and orchestrating personalized campaigns across the buyer’s journey to drive pipeline velocity and customer expansion.

 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS


Strategy & Planning:

  • Develop and own the ABM strategy and campaign plan for key accounts
  • Collaborate with Sales to define target account lists and segmentation strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Build integrated multi-channel global marketing plans for target accounts.

Campaign Execution:

  • In collaboration with digital marketing team, design and deploy personalized campaigns using email, digital advertising, webinars, and social engagement.
  • Leverage Martech tools (e.g., 6sense, Demandbase, HubSpot, Salesforce) to deliver targeted messaging and track performance.
  • Partner with content and creative teams to produce tailored messaging and assets for specific verticals, personas, and account tiers.

Sales Enablement & Collaboration:

  • Align closely with Sales and SDRs to ensure marketing activities support pipeline goals and deal acceleration.
  • Develop account intelligence briefs, talking points, and sales collateral that support engagement and conversion.

Measurement & Optimization:

  • Track, analyze, and report on ABM KPIs including engagement metrics, influenced pipeline, and ROI.
  • Continuously optimize campaigns based on data insights and sales feedback.

 

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA is a plus.
  • 3 to 5 years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 2 years in an ABM or field marketing role

 

  • Experience working in a high-growth Technology, SaaS, or Telecom company. 

 

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong bias towards action

 

  • Strong understanding of the enterprise buying cycle and key decision-maker personas (IT, Procurement, C-suite)

 

  • Ability to create and execute personalized content and engagement aligned with buyer journey on digital channels

 

  • Hands-on experience with ABM and Martech tools (e.g., Salesforce, Demandbase/6sense, Hubsport/Outreach).

 

  • Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder collaboration skills.

 

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to turn insights into action.
