Setup and Location: Work from home
Work Schedule: 9:00 AM-6:00 PM (AEST) | 7:00 AM-4:00 PM (PH Time) 
Employment Type: Full-time

We are looking for an experienced Accountant to oversee financial processes and ensure accurate reporting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in management accounting, financial analysis, and forecasting, along with the ability to implement and maintain efficient accounting systems. This role is vital to ensuring financial accuracy and supporting strategic business decisions.

What You’ll Do
  • Set up and manage accounting systems while ensuring compliance with Australian financial regulations.
  • Perform management accounting tasks, including budgeting, cost analysis, and financial reporting.
  • Conduct financial analysis and forecasting to support business planning and decision-making.
  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess financial health and operational efficiency.
  • Carry out regular financial reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies or issues.
  • Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant standards.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and recommendations.

What You Bring 
We’re looking for someone who: 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in the Australian market.
  • Proficiency in setting up and using accounting software and tools.
  • Strong background in management accounting, financial analysis, and forecasting.
  • Hands-on experience with business-level KPIs and financial reconciliations.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
