\n- Conceptualise, storyboard, and execute world-class motion graphics for a wide range of platforms, including our website, social media campaigns, event visuals, and internal communications.
- You will be a key player in defining and evolving our motion identity. You’ll help build the system, principles, and assets that ensure our brand feels cohesive and dynamic everywhere.
- Collaborate to create: Work hand-in-hand with copywriters, brand strategist, graphic designers to translate complex ideas and strategic goals into clear and powerful visual stories.
- Manage your projects from the initial brief to the final render, ensuring high-quality output and pixel-perfect execution.
- Actively research and experiment with new creative tools, techniques, and technologies, including the potential of AI, to keep our brand on the cutting edge of visual communication.
- 3 to 5 years of professional experience as a Motion Graphics Designer (m/f/d)
- A portfolio showcasing a strong command of motion, a strong design sense, and work that demonstrates narrative-driven thinking
- Expert proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite, especially After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop
- Strong practical experience with Figma for design, storyboarding, and asset preparation
- An understanding of frontend web development (HTML, CSS, maybe even a little JavaScript). You know how motion works on the web and can collaborate effectively with developers.
- A keen photographer's eye for composition, light, and colour that informs your design and animation choices
- You have a deep understanding of timing, pacing, and visual hierarchy and know how to use them to build emotion and guide the viewer's eye.
- Organisational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Desire to continue building skill set with education and training
- An excellent communicator who can articulate creative ideas and receive feedback constructively.
- Both oral and written fluent English language skills (minimum C1)
- Permanent residency in Germany (Employment from abroad is not possible.)
- A desire to experiment and integrate new tools, especially in the realm of AI-powered creation, to enhance workflow and unlock new creative possibilities.
- Experience in working with Google Workspace environment (GSlides, Docs,...).
