Training Solutions Support Manager I
If you currently work remotely or work in a center, you may be considered to transition to a remote role with the expectation of regular travel to the corporate office and/or centers; if you are based in Charlotte, you will be required to work onsite at the corporate office.
This Is What You’ll Do:
- Maintain active learning objects to ensure training remains current, accurate, and aligned with role requirements.
- Coordinate with content developers, business units, and compliance stakeholders to update or retire obsolete learning assets.
- Develop and publish training content in support of Operational Excellence (OpEx) and Project Management Office (PMO) initiatives.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective learning solutions.
- Ensure training materials meet quality, consistency, and branding standards while supporting initiative timelines.
- Accurately process SARs weekly for role-based learning access (e.g., QAB, NexSys Tech, DT, DCT, Phleb, MP).
- Align SAR assignments with business needs and cross-training requirements to support workforce flexibility and agility.
- Partner with field leadership to resolve assignment discrepancies and ensure employees receive access without disruption.
- Support enterprise readiness by optimizing training assignments in line with staffing changes, regulatory updates, and strategic priorities.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
This Is What It Takes:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- One (1) year of experience in training operations, LMS administration, or instructional content management in a regulated environment.
- Proficient in managing eLearning platforms, learning content version control, and curriculum design.
- Familiarity with virtual learning platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams) and Learning Management Systems.
- Self-starter who can work independently while maintaining alignment with broader training strategies.
- Strong project coordination and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities; capable of using data to inform decisions.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
- Ability to work in a highly regulated industry preferred.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills required.
