Schedule Details/Additional Information:

Monday - Friday standard first shift. May need to be flexible with hours based on project needs.

Can be remote, with ability to travel to Aurora Health Care locations.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Coordinates project planning using established project management methodologies, tools and resources to ensure timelines, budget and results meet leadership expectations. Organizes and monitors projects from concept phase to implementation.
  • Coordinates the daily work effort of project teams and provides direction to staff, contractors and vendors. Ensures effective utilization of project resources, people and equipment through all phases of the project.
  • Collaborates with project team, management, and leadership to evaluate results according to project plans to ensure milestones, deliverables, timeline and budget are met.
  • Provides consistent and timely communication to project sponsors, project team, and other leadership involved in the project to include a formal reporting process, understanding of project vision and current status.
  • Assists with preparing and monitoring annual project budgets and the plans to support projects identified for development.
  • Develops a project schedule for each new product/program or assigned project. Produces regular reports showing progress against stated timelines and budget.
  • Assists in creating and maintaining documented processes, techniques and tools that are part of project management methodology.
  • Provides post implementation tracking for projects to ensure the expected benefits are obtained and that key insights are captured and incorporated into future projects and processes.


Licensure, Registration, and/or Certification Required:

  • None Required.


Education Required:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field.


Experience Required:

  • Typically requires 3 years of experience in the coordination and/or planning of projects demonstrating basic project management skills.


Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:

  • Knowledge in the use of project and program management methodologies and tools.
  • Computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent interpersonal and oral and written communication skills to effectively form collaborative relationships and work with staff at all level of the organization.
  • Ability to coordinate a variety of projects and tasks simultaneously.


Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:

  • Position requires travel and is therefore exposed to road, weather, and normal travel hazards.
  • Operates all equipment necessary to perform the job.
  • Exposed to a normal office environment.

Pay Range

$34.90 - $52.35
