Your day to day responsibilities are:
We are looking for a pro-active, passionate and talented Talent Acquisition Intern colleague for our team in Budapest. As a Talent Acquisition Intern you will be responsible for supporting the daily work of the Talent Acquisition Partners in the recruitment process for open roles.
We are offering an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on work experience and insights into Recruiting as well as wider HR topics during a very dynamic time at Roche. You will be an integral part of our TA team, managing recruiting activities across various client groups. In addition you will lead and support a range of global initiatives enabling our organisation to adapt to new technologies and new ways of working.

As our trusted Intern colleague, you will:

  • Candidate sourcing, application screening, requisitions clean up, scheduling and assessment
  • Handling of candidate workflow using our e-recruitment system: Workday
  • Partnering with Talent Acquisition Partners, Early in Career Partners, business departments and People & Culture colleagues globally
  • Supporting the team with reports and presentations, as well as actively looking for process improvements
  • Supporting one or more of our client group’s global transformation programs
  • Other activities related to the role and business needs
