Location: Fully Remote (South Africa-Based)

Job Description:

Our client is looking for a Campaign Support Supervisor to join their growing team. In this pivotal back-office role, you’ll support the planning, coordination, and monitoring of lead generation, telemarketing, LinkedIn, and email campaigns. Your focus will be on campaign success through sharp execution, accurate reporting, and seamless collaboration with both internal teams and external partners.

As the operational glue between multiple functions, you’ll oversee data handling, ensure campaign compliance, track campaign performance, and continuously seek ways to refine and improve processes. This role requires a data-savvy, highly organized multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings a strong understanding of CRM and reporting tools.


Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Planning and Coordination
  • Assist in drafting campaign briefs, KPI documents, and telemarketing briefs.

  • Ensure campaign compliance documentation is completed and accurately filed in Google Drive.

  • Coordinate task allocation for both internal and external telemarketing teams, ensuring schedules and hours are properly adhered to.

  • Track and manage workflow through Monday.com.

  • Run data searches and brief external data providers to ensure campaigns have the right data, ready for upload by the administration team into the CRM system.

Campaign Execution and Monitoring
  • Support end-to-end execution of telemarketing, LinkedIn, and email campaigns.

  • Manage campaign reporting on LinkedIn platforms using Dripify and Sales Navigator.

  • Track campaign performance metrics including call data, timesheets, and telemarketing output against KPIs.

  • Recommend and implement new ways to monitor performance and enhance reporting accuracy.

Reporting and Analysis
  • Compile and deliver weekly performance reports using CRM data, Google Sheets, and Excel.

  • Ensure timely reporting in advance of weekly client calls.

  • Monitor analytics across all campaign tools and translate them into actionable reports.

Collaboration and Liaison
  • Liaise with external administrators to ensure campaign set-up accuracy.

  • Collaborate on improving business processes, automation, and system integration.

  • Research tools and methodologies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.

  • Provide occasional support with tasks such as data uploads and report downloads.

Support Functions
  • Assist the Operations & Accounts Executive as needed.

  • Contribute to the integration and alignment of outreach channels including telemarketing, email, LinkedIn, and intent-driven campaigns.



Requirements

  • 5 years plus of experience in a similar role

  • Proven experience in campaign coordination, project management, or marketing operations.

  • Proven experience with CRM systems (ideally within a SaaS or B2B lead generation environment).
  • Advanced Excel skills (including formulas, pivot tables) and strong data fluency.

  • Proficiency with Dripify, Sales Navigator, CRM tools, Google Sheets, and Monday.com.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to coordinate across diverse teams.

  • Experience with FIVE CRM (UK-based system) is a plus.

  • Ability to work independently and consistently meet deadlines.
