Job Description

Service Delivery Performance Specialist

In this role you

You are responsible for working towards service delivery performance encompassing, operational performance, productivity, continuous improvement, root cause analysis, and solution delivery performance, working under limited supervision.

Your role:

  • Provides Key User support for the Radiology Informatics PS Cloud User community of approximately 110 users.
  • Administers software subscription tool used to meet Q&R Test and Verification requirements during solution implementation.
  • Coordinates install base data collections with project team members to meet Q&R and install base data requirement for licensed software and computer assets under managed service agreements.
  • Performs data mining and management for KPIs and KPI dashboards. Facilitates root cause analysis in support of continuous improvement activities. Utilizes business intelligence tools to quantify business challenges, recommend actions for improvement, and quantitatively track improvements.
     

You're the right fit if:

  • Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Health Science, Engineering or Information Systems or equivalent.
  • 3+ years of experience in areas such as Service Delivery, Performance Management or equivalent.
  • 2+ years in Project Management
  • Experience with Excel, Data Analysis & Reporting, Lean Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement.
  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Office/Remote position.

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Philips Transparency Details

The pay range for this position in Cambridge, MA is $87,000 to $140,000, Annually. 

The pay range for this position in Colorado Springs, CO is $87,000 to $132,000, Annually. 

The pay range for this position in Plymouth, MN is $87,000 to $132,000, Annually. 

The pay range for this position in Bothell, WA is $87,000 to $140,000, Annually. 

The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.    

In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.  Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more.  Details about our benefits can be found here
