Job Description:

What You'll Do

Responsible for developing, expanding and retaining relationships with U.S. based financial institutions and generating new PIN, PINless and signature debit card agreements with PULSE accounts as assigned.

Actively manages and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management.


How You'll Do It

  • Regularly engages client financial institutions (in-person, via phone and email) and prospective clients in order to maintain and grow market share and contribute toward the achievement of company’s financial performance
  • Maintains client financial institution contact records in CRM tool.
  • Maintains a pipeline of financial institution sales opportunities in CRM tool.
  • Travels required to meet with client financial institutions (and prospects), internal meetings and industry trade shows.
  • Assists with other strategic initiatives as assigned and lead and participate in unit and cross functional projects.
     


Qualifications You'll Need

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelors Business Administration and Management, Marketing, or related
  • 8+ years Sales, Account Management, Business Development or Related
  • Valid Government Issued Drivers License Upon Hire


In Lieu of Education Experience

  • 10+ years Sales, Account Management, Business Development or Related


Preferred Requirements
 

  • Masters Business Administration and Management, Marketing or related
  • 10+ years Sales, Account Management, Business Development or Related

Compensation:

The base pay for this position generally ranges between $91,000.00 to $153,400.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
