We are driven by our moral imperative to advance mankind - and it all starts with our people, product and purpose. We always carry a deep sense of drive and passion with us. If you thrive in a challenging work environment, surrounded by incredible team members who will help you grow, MX is the right place for you.

Come build with us and be part of an award-winning company that’s helping create meaningful and lasting change in the financial industry.

This role is onsite and based in Lehi, Utah.

At MX we’re a mission-driven fintech company revolutionizing the way people interact with their financial data. By empowering banks, credit unions, and fintechs with clean, categorized, and enriched data, we help millions of users gain greater clarity, control, and confidence in their financial lives.

What makes MX an exciting place to work is our strong sense of purpose—every role contributes directly to improving financial well-being. Our culture is fast-paced, collaborative, and deeply rooted in our values, with a firm commitment to innovation, inclusion, and impact.

Whether you're building products, supporting clients, or shaping strategy, you'll be surrounded by passionate people working toward a future where financial strength is accessible to everyone.

MX is poised to transform the future of finance, and to succeed in our mission, we need the right people. We’re at a pivotal point of growth and are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team. In this role, you’ll work closely with business leaders across Sales and Marketing to attract and hire exceptional talent—people who will help us achieve our mission and move the business forward.

What You’ll Do

  • Partner with sales leaders—from front-line managers to executives—to develop and execute hiring strategies, identify roadblocks, and co-create solutions.

  • Lead and contribute to high-impact recruiting projects focused on process improvements, talent assessments, and strategic planning.

  • Engage in community and industry events within the fintech and startup ecosystem to expand our talent network.

  • Act as a consultative partner by using recruiting metrics and insights to inform hiring decisions and optimize outcomes.

  • Leverage data to identify trends, uncover breakdowns, and recommend targeted, data-driven solutions.

  • Collaborate with People Experience and hiring managers to guide candidates seamlessly from recruitment through onboarding.

  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience through high-touch, personalized engagement.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of recruiting experience in sales

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and offer management

  • 3+ years of experience working directly with leaders, including presenting recruiting metrics and performance insights

  • 3+ years of experience partnering cross-functionally with HR, L&D, and Compensation teams to align hiring practices

At MX, we are a high-performance organization that thrives on trust and results. This role is based in Lehi, Utah, with flexibility for both in-office and remote work. We believe in empowering our team members to deliver exceptional outcomes while taking advantage of our incredible office space when it best supports their work. Our Utah office features onsite perks such as company-paid meals, massage therapists, a sports simulator, gym, mother’s lounge, and meditation room and meaningful interactions with amazing people. We encourage team members to come together in the office to collaborate, kick off key projects, or strategize cross-functionally, fostering connection and innovation.
